無重力マルチプレイFPS「HYENAS」のゲームプレイトレイラー公開。クローズドβテストを8月31日から実施

　SEGAは本日（2023年8月17日）Creative Assemblyが開発するマルチプレイFPS「HYENAS」（PC / PS5 / PS4 / Xbox Series X|S / Xbox One）のゲームプレイトレイラーを公開した。また，同作のクローズドβテストを8月31日から9月11日まで実施することも明らかにしている。


　本作は，3人ずつの5チームが，宇宙船に積まれている貨物の争奪戦を繰り広げるFPS。
　HYENA（ハイエナ）と呼ばれるプレイヤーキャラクターには固有の武器や能力があるため，それらをどう駆使するかが勝利への鍵になりそうだ。ほかのチームのメンバーはもちろんだが，貨物を守る警備隊も厄介な存在となる。

　本作最大の特徴となるのは，トレイラーを見ても分かるとおり，無重力状態での戦闘。敵は上下左右のあらゆる方向から迫ってくるので，移動や状況把握には通常のFPSよりさらに気を使いそう。また，無重力状態はスイッチでのオン/オフが可能なので，その変化へのスムーズな対応も必要になるだろう。


　クローズドβテストはPC（Steam）のみで実施予定となっており，Steamのストアページで参加申し込みの受付が行われている。現時点では日本語表示に対応していないようだが，無重力FPSを体験してみたい人は，申しこんでおくといいだろう。
